Updated schedule as of August, 22, 2005.
Please note that no preliminary freestyles will be held on the Friday night before the contest. Due to a scheduling conflict, we will not have the ability to use the stage for competition purposes.

Friday, September 30th, 2005

6pm to 9pm
National Yo-Yo Museum Open House

• Bird in Hand and the National Yo-Yo Museum will be open late for an open house until 9pm.

9pm to 12midnight
Open practice rooms at the Holiday Inn

Saturday, October 1, 2005

Contest Location:
Childrens Playground at the intersection of East 1st Street, the Esplanade, and Broadway.

9am to 10am
Registration

• Open registration for Sport Division and Spin Top Divisions.
• Players in Championship Divisions must pick up registration packets and submit music for preliminary freestyles.
• This is the opportunity for all players to clarify any questions that they have with the judges.

10am to 12noon
Sport Division and Preliminary Freestyles

• Trick judging for all Sport Division contestants on the Sport Division stages
• Trick judging for Spin Top Division contestants on the Spin Top Stages
• Preliminary Freestyles for all Championship Divisions on the Main stage.

1pm to 4pm
Freestyle Finals

• Freestyle Finals for Championship divisions on the Main Stage.
• We will start with the 5A finals and finish with 1A Finals

4pm to 5pm
Spin Top Freestyles

• Spin Top Freestyle Finals on the Main Stage

5pm
Award Presentations

Presentation of all awards on the Main Stage to:

• Sport Division age group winners
• Sport Division overall winners
• Top 5 places in 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, and 5A Championship Divisions
• Spin Top Sport Division winners
• Top places in Spin Top Championship Division

7pm to 10pm
Awards Dinner

• Dinner will start at 7:00pm and will include honorary recognitions.
• Held at Manzanita Hall, 1705 Manzanita Ave. Chico, CA 95973
• Reservations strongly recommended.
• Advance purchase of tickets is available online through Bird in Hand >>Link>> or tickets can be reserved/purchased by calling 530-893-0545 ext. 24
• Dinner is $20. Your support of the dinner allows the contest registration to be free. $14 of the ticket price is tax-deductible. We cannot refund the tickets so please coordinate with friends, family, and team members before purchasing tickets.
• Driving maps will be available.
