Registration Information

There is mandatory pre-registration for all of the Championship Freestyle divisions. If you are planning on competing in one or more of the Championship divisions, you must pre-register. You will not be able to register the day of the contest.

It is important we know the number of 1-minute freestyles there will be in the preliminary rounds.

Sport division and Spin-top divisions, may pre-register or register on-site the morning of the contest.

Pick-up of pre-registered player packets and on site registration will begin at 9am at the center of the Plaza and end at 10am for all divisions. All contestants must pick up a player packet during this time. All divisions will start promptly at 10am.

If you choose to pre-register using our downloadable form, please mail or fax your completed form to arrive in our hands no later than September 30th, 2005.

You may bring the signed and completed form with you for on-site registration if necessary if you compete in the Sport division or the Spintop contests.

All contestants who are under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign the liability waiver on the bottom of the registration form.
